FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Getting started

How do I get access to FabStone Wallet?

Join the early access waitlist. FabStone is rolling out corridor-first, starting with West Africa. You will receive updates on onboarding availability for your corridor.

Is FabStone Wallet available in my country?

FabStone is launching corridor-first with Mali as the early reference. Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, and Nigeria are in expansion or evaluation phases. Check the Rollout page for current corridor status.

What is AGC?

AGC (Ⱥ, Africa Gold Coin) is the value unit inside FabStone Wallet. You fund in fiat, value is represented in AGC, and payout is delivered through local rails when needed.

Wallet & payout

How do payouts work?

When you send from FabStone Wallet, the recipient receives funds through local payout rails—mobile money or bank transfer where supported in active corridors.

What is the difference between Available Balance and Growth Balance?

Available Balance is send-ready for immediate payouts. Growth Balance holds your AGC value until you move it back to Available Balance when needed.

What payout methods are supported?

Mobile money and bank transfer where available. Supported methods vary by corridor. Check the Rollout page for corridor-specific rail availability.

Partners & programs

How do I become a community partner?

Apply through the Community Partner application on the Join page. FabStone reviews applications by corridor scope and audience fit.

How do I request an institutional briefing?

Submit your team details through the institutional briefing form on the Join page. Qualified teams receive architecture call options within one business day.

Is there a developer sandbox?

Sandbox access is available by request. Visit the Developers page for API overview and to request sandbox access.
